The luxury Villa, a two storey air conditioned building with elevator, has wooden floors throughout and can accommodate seven (7) to nine (9) persons. The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, ‘captain’s corner’ seating area, a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a store room, guests’ WC and a single guestroom with shower and WC. In front of the whole of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large covered terrace with a splendid view of the sea. The upper floor consists of three guest rooms and one large office with stone fireplace. Upon request can be converted to a bedroom / office. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, ladies boudoir, private playroom (multi gym, bike, and pink pong table and dart board). The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout. All three bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathoinisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Carreta Carreta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese. Continental breakfast is included in the price, in addition to which a cook service (at extra cost) can be engaged should it be required. The estate and grounds are also available for hire for social events: wedding receptions, exclusive dinners, parties etc. Please note that the main house is only available for rent in its entirety- it is not available on a room by room basis.
