Evia is a long, large, lusciously verdant island of deep forests and sparkling bays and beaches; an island full of history and mystery. This cosy residence of 305sqm was built in 2012. It lies one hour from Athens and 90 minutes from the capital`s airport and 5 minutes` drive from the local sea port. The house is well-designed and decorated and has large verandas which afford uninterrupted views of both mountains and sea.
